The dashboard in the Remplacements module is a central tool for managing your remplacements. It allows you to view your past and upcoming remplacements, as well as the offers available to you.
![]() |
By default, the dashboard displays remplacement offers starting from today's date. However, you can adjust the filters to view all remplacements associated with your account.
To view all past and future remplacements, uncheck the Current day box and click the X symbol next to the date to remove the date filter.
You can also filter remplacements by Establishment, Status, and Dates.
Additionally, each column provides details about your remplacements:
- Start and end date and time of the remplacement
- Name of the establishment
- Date and time the notification for the remplacement offer was received
- Name of the employee being replaced (if applicable)
- Specialty and target clientele
In the last column, you can:
- Click the pencil icon to view the details of an offer;
- Add a comment to the replaced employee by clicking the speech bubble icon;
- View the location of the establishment by clicking the location icon;
- Note the unique number assigned to each offer;
- See the status of each remplacement.

You can also pre-accept it: if no one has accepted it by 4:50 PM tomorrow, it will be automatically assigned to you. |
![]() | You are unavailable for this offer. |
![]() | You have pre-accepted an offer that was in the queue. |
Some statuses do not appear by default on the dashboard to streamline your view and display only currently relevant offers. For example, the statuses Expired, Canceled by the dispatcher, and Unavailable are not immediately visible but remain accessible in the history of offers for which you were initially targeted by the system.
