Modified on Thu, 3 Apr at 8:19 AM

The Replacements module dashboard allows employees to track and manage their replacement requests efficiently.

In the Requests tab, you can monitor the status of your replacement requests and access various information and actions for each request.

 Main features

The dashboard offers several tools to simplify the management of your requests. You can refresh your information using the Refresh button, reset your filters with the Reset filters button, and apply specific search criteria to display only the relevant data by clicking the Filters button. You can filter by substitute, replacement number, job category, specialty, group, and location.

You can also filter by establishment, status, and date.

If you use the date filter, make sure to uncheck the Current day box and click the X to select dates other than the current day.

Cancelled by substitute: The substitute has canceled their presence.

Refused: The request has been rejected by a substitute.

Completed: The replacement has been successfully carried out.

Expired: The request has exceeded the time limit.

The icons in the dashboard make it easier to manage your replacements by allowing you to perform various actions or access specific information:

  • Allows you to open the details of the request;
  •  Allows you to view the alphabetical list of people who have been notified for this request;
  •  Allows you to access the full history of the request, including all actions and modifications;
  • Allows you to access the different statuses of the request;
  • Each request has a unique number to identify it.
