Substitute - How to respond to a replacement offer?

Responding to a remplacement offer is a simple step, but it’s important to understand the process to avoid any accidental errors.


When you receive a remplacement offer, you have two ways to respond: either through the Home module or via the Remplacements module.


If you have not yet officially received the offer, meaning its status is Queued, you can only pre-accept it. For more details on this subject, consult the following article : Substitute - What is ''Pre-acceptance''?



 From the Home module


Go to the Home module, then find the remplacement offers with the status Pending and click on the offer to view the details. 


After reviewing the information, choose one of the options located at the bottom of the window:

  • Accept: The status of the offer will change to Accepted.
  • Refuse: The offer will disappear from your Home module.



 From the Replacements module


Access the Remplacements module from the left menu or by clicking on the pending offers in your Home module dashboard. 


A list of all your remplacements, regardless of their status, will appear. Find the offer with the status Pending and click the pencil icon to open the details. 


A window containing the offer will open, with two options available at the bottom:

  • Accept: The status of the offer will change to Accepted.
  • Refuse: The status of the offer will change to Refused.
