When you declare an absence with a replacement request, it is strongly recommended to provide a planning. This will allow the person replacing you to ensure effective continuity in your work. Here is everything you need to know about planning management.
You can attach a planning within your replacement request. The section provided for this purpose is located approximately in the middle of the form. You just need to click on the Select button to browse your files and upload the desired document.
Once your planning is added, it is accessible to:
- administrators;
- managers;
- dispatchers;
- secretaries;
- all substitutes who will receive the replacement offer.
Each of them can consult your planning if needed. This allows a substitute to know the workload before accepting the offer to replace you, ensuring smooth continuity during your absence.
Finally, you can modify your planning, meaning you can add or remove a document as long as the replacement is not completed.
To do this:
- Access the Absences module and click on the pencil icon for the relevant request;
- Select the Replacement tab to display the details;
- In the Planning field, click the Select button to choose the document to add;
- Browse your folders, select the desired document, and click Open to add it to your replacement request ;
- You can also delete the planning of your choice by clicking the trash can icon in the details of your absence.
