The module includes several features to facilitate request management. You will find two main buttons:
- Refresh button: This button allows you to update the displayed information ;
- Reset filters button: This feature allows you to reset all applied filters to restart a search from the default settings.
Filters available to facilitate the search:
- Establishment: This filter allows you to search for time banks by establishment, making it easier to manage hours across different organizations;
- Start date and End date: Use these filters to search for time banks based on their activity period, which helps track the evolution of accumulated and used hours;
- Show disabled: Activate this toggle to include deactivated banks in the display. By default, all time banks, including deactivated ones, are displayed.

To view an active bank, click on the pencil icon to access the details. You can, if needed, modify certain data, depending on your role in the organization;
At the top of the page, in the Authorization section, you will find all the details of the employee’s time bank.
Only the manager of the employee or the module administrator can make changes to this configuration.
In the Accumulated time section, you can view all requests for added hours as well as their approval status.
The employee, the employee's manager, and the module administrator can modify requests with the statuses Refused and Waiting for approval. If this is the case, don’t forget to save your changes using the Save button at the top of the page.
In the Debited time section, you can view all time-off requests that used banked hours. You can also consult the related absence request by clicking on its request ID number;
A summary table presents the key information regarding the time bank:
- Initial balance: Hours already accumulated by the employee, if applicable. These will be automatically debited first;
- Total of accumulated hours (credit) : his is the total of all hours added to the bank through approved requests;
- Total of debited hours: These are the hours used from the employee’s bank via an absence declared with the appropriate justification;
- Accumulated hours in the bank (current balance) : his is the available balance, i.e., the sum of the Initial balance and the Total accumulated, minus the Total debited.
