To do this, go to the My Library tab, which is located in the Trainings module, then click on Add Training

Fill in the necessary information about the training attended (title, theme, date, description, duration, etc.). Note that you can add training that took place in the past. You also have the option to add documents associated with this training.
Once done, don't forget to click on the Save button to validate your addition.
Caution, if an expense is linked to your training and requires approval from your manager, don't forget to activate the tag There is an expense related to this training (will require approval). On the page that opens, select the manager responsible for approving your training.
Save the training: the addition is made without counting the hours. Save and complete: the training is added with a Completed status, and the hours are automatically counted. |
Once saved, you can view the created training in your library. To access its details, click on the pencil icon. You can then make modifications if necessary. If you wish, you can delete this training using the trash can icon.
