It is completely possible to document a personal training without it being linked to the calculation of training hours. This functionality is particularly useful for employees who want to centralize all the trainings followed in order to keep track of their learning outside of their job within the organization.
Here’s how to do it:
- Access the Trainings module and open the tab My library;
- Click on the button Add a training, then enter the required information (title, dates, etc.);
- If this training should not be included in the calculation of your hours, uncheck the option Count the hours of this training. Then confirm your choice;
- Once confirmed, you will be able to view the added training in your library, under the status Completed. The number of hours entered will be zero.
