In certain situations, it is possible to declare an absence using the hours accumulated in your time bank. Here is the procedure to follow depending on your situation.
From the Absence module, click on New absence. Select the establishment and job concerned, if these fields are not already pre-filled. Two scenarios are then possible:
- Your time bank covers the entire duration of your absence, or;
- Your time bank does not fully cover the hours of your absence.
