As part of your duties, you may occasionally accumulate overtime or work hours to be recovered. In order to ensure rigorous and transparent management of these hours, the platform allows you to declare them directly for approval by your manager.
Here are the steps to follow to add these hours and have them credited to your time bank:
Access the Time banks module under Forms. Identify the bank to which you wish to add hours and click the pencil icon to open the form;
In the Accumulated Time section, click on Add. Then, fill in the required fields: :
Date : Enter the date on which the hours were worked;
Start and end time : Indicate the exact times. The number of declared hours will be calculated automatically based on this information;
Justification: Specify the reason for the accumulated time;
Type of accumulated time: Select the appropriate type (e.g., regular time, time and a half, etc.). Depending on the selected type, the hours will be calculated automatically according to the defined parameters;
Rate: Enter the applicable rate;
Cliquez sur Save.
A notification will be sent to your manager, who will have to approve your request.
