Employee - How to view my work shifts?

Modified on Thu, 24 Jul at 11:48 AM

When your establishment assigns you a work shift, it is important to know where and how to view it. This article explains how to locate your work shifts, how you are informed about them, and how this affects the declaration of an absence.

Where can I view my work shifts?

When a work shift is assigned to you, an email notification can be sent to inform you about this new period added to your schedule. However, this notification is not automatic; it is sent only if the administrator decides to notify you. If that is the case, you will receive an email containing the main information related to the shift (date and time).

In all cases, the newly assigned work shift will automatically be displayed in your Home module, among your absences and replacements, if applicable. No action is required on your part to add or accept it.

To view it, go to your Home module, then click on the dots of a work shift to see more details. If needed, a legend at the bottom of the page explains the meaning of each color present in the calendar, as they may be unique to each organization.

Why are my work shifts important?

Work shift periods serve as a basis when declaring an absence. When you report an absence, the replacement periods generated are based on the work shifts.

In other words, it is not only the time slots that are taken into account, but also the specific periods defined by the work shifts.
