Substitute - How to leave a comment for the replaced employee?

After completing a remplacement, you can leave a comment for the employee who was absent.


To do so, two methods are available, and in both cases, the employee will be notified by email that you have added a comment for them.



From the Home module
  • Click on the remplacement with a Completed status in your schedule.
  • Once the window opens, click the Add a Comment button at the bottom of the page.
  • Write your notes and confirm. 




From the Replacements module
  • To navigate more easily, filter the remplacements to display only those with the Completed status.

  • Locate the desired remplacement.

  • Click on the comment bubble icon to leave your message.

  • Enter your notes and confirm.
