The sending of replacement offers is not random: it follows a structured logic. Offers are sent according to criteria pre-established by each organization in order to comply with collective agreements and internal policies.
In order to respect the priority order, the system proceeds with sequential sending. A notification is sent to the first substitute on the list, then to the second, the third, and so on. A delay is applied between each notification, and no offers are sent simultaneously. The system therefore goes through the call list one candidate at a time, which explains why you may receive an offer several hours after its creation.
In order to optimize the reception of offers and avoid receiving requests that do not match your availability, we recommend keeping your unavailabilities in the Home module of your account.

How to increase your chances? |
Even if you are not the first candidate on the call list for a specific offer, you may still see it appear in your account with the status Queued.
Thanks to the pre-acceptance feature, you can immediately indicate your interest. If the offer reaches your ranking and no one has accepted it before you, it will be automatically assigned to you. This is an excellent way to secure replacements without having to continuously monitor your notifications.

Desired substitutes |
An employee may identify you as a desired Substitute when creating a replacement request. It is important to note that this designation does not guarantee that you will obtain the replacement. The system always respects the call order established by your organization.
However, this designation allows you to be prioritized among candidates of the same level in the call order, according to the sorting rules defined by the organization.
Offer fragmentation |
In certain cases, an organization may configure fragmentation delays, converting a single offer containing multiple periods into several sub-offers. This allows you to wait for the fragmentation of an offer to select only the segments that best match your availability.
Fragmentation levels may be:
- Fragmentation by the day;
- Half-day fragmentation;
- Fragmentation at period.
