The Copy Schedule feature allows you to easily reproduce your schedule from one job to another. This option can be useful in the following situations:
- Change of position during the year (e.g., from code XXXX to your official position);
- Holding multiple jobs within the same organization;
- Or when a previous job already contains the desired schedule.
This avoids having to manually recreate an identical schedule and ensures continuity in the management of absences and availabilities.
Attention, copying your employee schedule cannot be done to a different calendar. For example, it's not possible to copy a schedule from the 2024-2025 year to the 2025-2026 year.
Here's the steps to follow :
Go to the Schedules module under Administration in the left-hand menu.
Locate the schedule you want to copy and click the pencil icon.

At the top of the page, click the Copy Schedule button; a new window will open.

Two options are available:
The Employee and Job fields are already populated with the employee and job currently open.
In the Job field, select the same job associated with the initial schedule. Select the End date of the current schedule. The start date of the new schedule will automatically be set to the day after this date.
You can also use the Old schedule active toggle to choose whether you want to keep the previous schedule active or deactivate it after the copy. Then, click Copy.

In the Job field, select the job to which you want to copy the schedule. The field for selecting the end date of the current schedule will not be displayed. You can leave the Old schedule active option enabled or disable it according to your needs. Click Copy.

Your schedule, including all selected periods, will then be copied to your second job.
