Employee - How does the ''Development'' module work?

The Portfolio Development module is designed to allow employees to track and actively participate in the performance evaluation process. Accessible to employees undergoing an evaluation, this section provides a clear and detailed view of key information related to their assessment. 


When you access the Development module, the following elements are visible:

  • The establishment associated with the evaluation;
  • The due date for the mid-term evaluation (if applicable);
  • The due date for the end-of-term evaluation;
  • : This icon appears in the Late column only if the due date for the end of the period has passed.


 Click the pencil icon to access the evaluation page.




Then, locate the evaluations with the status To do and click Submit


To download the template to fill out, click Download. Complete your self-assessment and save it as a JPEG, PNG, or PDF.

To upload your completed self-assessment, click Upload your file here.



The status of your evaluation will automatically change to Completed. 


For each period, your manager will need to fill out the template on their side and upload the evaluation in the module. Once this is done, the status will also change to Completed, and you will need to view the uploaded document by clicking Download next to the desired document.


To complete the process, after the end-of-period date, your manager will sign the final version of your evaluations, which will display a new button to click: I have read the final version.
