Managing employees involved in performance evaluations is a key feature that helps track and organize the evaluation process within the organization.
The Organization Employees tab offers a complete view of the employees affected by an evaluation, whether it is ongoing, completed, or late. From this tab, you can also directly access their file to view the details.

To make navigation easier and quickly find an employee, several filtering options are available:
Establishment: Displays employees based on their establishment.
Job group: Allows you to group employees according to their role or position.
Appreciation: Allows you to view ongoing evaluations or see all completed evaluations:
- Appreciation in progress: Displays only active evaluations.
- Late appreciation: Shows evaluations that have not been completed within the expected timeframe, allowing for quick follow-up to address delays.
- All reviews: Lets you view the complete history of all evaluations performed.
First and last name: A search bar allows you to locate a specific employee by entering their first or last name.
By clicking on the Filters button, you can filter by: | |
| Archived or not archived evaluation: Filters evaluations based on their archiving status, allowing you to distinguish between those that have been archived and those that are still active. Final version (completed or not completed): Sorts evaluations based on their completion status. You can see whether an evaluation has been completed or not, making it easier to track the evaluation process. |

In the Delay column, the siren icon allows you to quickly see which employees are affected by a delay in their performance evaluation process.
In the Archived and Final columns, you will see the following icons: | |

At the far end, the pencil icon allows you to access an employee's file to view the status of the ongoing performance evaluation, as well as to review completed performance evaluations.
