Managing participant attendance is essential to track their training progress and adjust the number of participation minutes or even mark absences. This task can be completed quickly, whether the training is conducted internally or by an external instructor.

The internal trainer who delivered the training can record attendance as follows:
Access the Trainings Module :
- Navigate to the Requests tab;
- Filter sessions by the Passed or Completed status to identify the relevant training;
- Click on the eye icon to open the session form.
Confirm Participants Attendance :
- Go to the Registration section and click the button Confirm the attendance of Participants.
- Once this step is completed, you can individually adjust the status of each participant.
Modify Attendance Status :
In the Attendance section, use the dropdown menu to assign a status to each participant:
- Present
- Absent
- Partially present
Add Comments (if necessary), use the Trainer's Comments section to provide additional details as needed.

If the training was delivered by an external trainer and since attendance can only be recorded by the internal trainer or the training administrator, the latter will be the only resource able to input attendance into the system.
To do so, access the Catalog Management module, then open the relevant training (under the passed status) using the pencil icon. At the bottom of the form, in the Registrations section, click on the Confirm the attendance of participants button.
Once attendance is confirmed, you can individually modify each participant's status, indicate whether they were present or absent, and add comments if necessary. Finally, save the changes to validate the recorded attendance.
