Managing the waiting list is essential to optimize participant registration for a training and maximize session fill rates.

The waiting list allows to:
- Reduce unused registrations by replacing absent participants;
- Prioritize candidates based on defined criteria (registration date, relevance, etc.);
- Ensure efficient and fair management of available spots.

In the Catalog tab, at the bottom of the form, you will be able to view the waiting list. It displays:
- The employee: Name, first name, and email of the participant on the waiting list;
- The subscription date: Indicating when the employee joined the list;
- The rank: Position of the participant on the waiting list, based on the order of registration.
The list is automatically sorted chronologically, from the first registered to the most recent.
Caution, if a spot becomes available, candidates on the waiting list will automatically receive a notification inviting them to register for the training. This email is sent to all candidates simultaneously, they are not sent in order of registration on the waiting list.
