All - I am not receiving notifications on my cellphone?

We recommend downloading our free app from the App Store or Play Store, depending on your device, and then logging in with the same email and password you already use. 

Here are the steps to follow to enable instant notifications from the Scolago app on your mobile device: 


  1. First, open your phone settings. Look for the Apps or Installed Apps tab.
  2. Once in your phone settings, locate the Scolago app under the name App Info. Tap on it to access its settings.
  3. In the Scolago app settings, find the Notifications option and enable it by turning on the toggle for Allow Notifications and then select the type of alerts: allow sound and vibration.
  4. Customize your preferences for the types of notifications you wish to receive, such as on-screen notifications, pop-ups, or badges. 

After following these steps, your instant notifications for the Scolago application should be enabled. To test if it is working correctly, we recommend going to your profile and checking if you are receiving notifications. To do this, go to your profile, click on Settings, then Test Instant Notifications. This will confirm that the configuration is working properly.

If instant notifications still aren't working, do you have any other apps on your phone, such as a VPN, antivirus, or ad blocker, that might be blocking these notifications?
Indeed, these apps can intercept the registration process needed to receive notifications. Therefore, we suggest temporarily removing any such apps until you receive your first notification from Scolago.


Furthermore, we confirm that Scolago notifications can make a sound; however, this is related to your device's settings rather than the platform itself.


Since models vary significantly, it is difficult for us to provide specific guidance. Generally, ringtone options can be found in your mobile device's settings, under the App Info section. We recommend consulting your mobile service provider for more details.
