Substitute - What is the ''Bulletin Board' module, and how to use it?

The Bulletin Board module allows dispatchers and managers to display a position or contract to all authorized substitutes in the organization, regardless of their availability. Better suited for long-term replacements, the Bulletin Board allows you to express interest in multiple offers displayed.

To do this, go to the Bulletin Board module in the left-hand menu. On the dashboard, you can see all available offers for you. Use the different filters to quickly find those that match your search criteria with Establishment, Status, From, To, and the Filters button for even more options. To view the details of an offer, click on the pencil icon.

A window will open. With the information provided, if you wish to apply for this position, click on the I am interested button. The managers will be notified of your interest. You will be contacted "manually," outside of Scolago, by employers interested in your application.
