All - I am not receiving confirmation emails from Scolago?

If you believe you have not received an email from Scolago, we encourage you to check your spam folder. 


If the email you're looking for is indeed located in your spam or junk folder, it's important to note that the link within the email may not work correctly from that location. To resolve this, you will need to move the email to your inbox first.

To do this, right-click on the email and select the option 'Never block sender' to ensure future emails from this sender are delivered to your inbox. After that, right-click again on the email and choose 'Move to inbox.' Once the email is in your inbox, the link within it should work as intended.
